When Tom wanted to start his own real estate company and needed help developing his online presence, he turned to LMR. Starting with content creation and expanding to social and Google ads, we’ve been there since the beginning.
THE CHALLENGE
Tom came to LMR when he started Peak State Properties last year. At first, he just needed help with content writing for his new site and assistance with working with GoDaddy on his site design. But, as his business has grown so have his needs so adaptability and creativity have been key.

Our goal with Tom was to match his trusting personality and customer focused business with strategy in the online space. We fully created the content for his website and integrated with social media, creating a fully integrated platform to best reach potential clients.

Tom fully entrusted LMR to write SEO focused content for his website that also fits his brand. The site is simple yet fully optimized for clients to be able to search for potential homes on the market and even showcases up-to-date market statistics for each town. As a continuous work in progress, we are constantly improving and re-adjusting to enhance his site and web presence.
Social Media Management & advertising
Since fully creating his social media accounts, we have grown immensely and continue to use Facebook ads and our content strategy to engage users and ultimately refer leads to Tom. We reach thousands of people a week on social media, in addition to the ads we have placed on Google.
